Dr. Viswanathan has her eyes, ears, and sensors on the future as well as on her vision to improve the quality of life through the development of assistive technologies. Her company, Braze Mobility, produces Blind Spot Sensor Systems for people that use wheelchairs. Author of several publications, Pooja completed her PhD in Computer Science (Assistive Technology) at the University of British Columbia.
Dr. Viswanathan spent some time with me talking about Braze Mobility and how she got into the field of smart wheelchair technologies.
